One such teacher I wanted to learn more about was Regina Wiedlin, a wonderful yoga instructor, who has been an important presence in my life and within the Chicago yoga scene for many years…until…about 5 months ago, in the middle of the pandemic, she uprooted herself from Chicago and moved with her partner, John, to Connemara in Ireland. While she continues to teach yoga virtually from Ireland, she is missed by all of us who grew to appreciate her presence in the yoga studio."
Another batch of granola made!
This has been my breakfast staple for many years thanks to a visit to my cousin Andy’s house in Berkeley, his wife made this and gave me the recipe. I feel deprived when I don’t have it, experience mild panic attacks when it’s running low, lol...so delicious! Whole oats, maple syrup, almonds, walnuts, apricots, coconut, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, ground flax.
I don’t actually measure out the ingredients so you may need to tweak this a little to achieve your desired taste.
